The Dalat Tourism Services Joint Stock Company has received approval from the Lam Dong Department of Finance to adjust the total investment for the Expansion and Upgrade Project of Prenn Waterfall Tourist Area from VND 267.6 billion to VND 820 billion.

Previously, the Department of Finance commented that the company had not yet ensured the ability to mobilize capital for this project. However, after receiving additional documents from the company, including Notice No. 170 dated August 20, 2023, from Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank, Lam Dong Branch, the Department of Finance changed its view.

Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank agreed to provide a credit limit of VND 675.6 billion for the company to supplement investment capital for the Prenn Waterfall Tourist Area Project. Thanks to this, Dalat Tourism Services Joint Stock Company has been able to mobilize capital to implement the adjustment of the Expansion and Upgrade Project of Prenn Waterfall Tourist Area.

The Department of Finance requested the company to commit to using capital for the adjustment and expansion of the project and be responsible before the law for the accuracy and legality of the documents and materials provided.
