The People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa province has issued a plan to support investment attraction activities in the areas of ethnic minorities and mountainous regions for the period 2021 – 2025. The main goal is to exploit potential advantages in investment promotion, trade and tourism; support the process of economic restructuring; create stable jobs and income; preserve and promote traditional cultural values.

Activities will be organized including promotion, investment attraction, product consumption connection, organizing fairs, exchanges, forums, festivals related to trade tourism. Support the construction and implementation of some models to consume products in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, supply essential goods for localities.

The Provincial Ethnic Affairs Committee will preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, agencies, and localities to deploy investment attraction activities. This is an important step in the socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
